We are glad to welcome students from your University for the Full Academic Year 2010/2011 at the Ecole Centrale de Nantes.

*? Students who plan to study at the Ecole Centrale de Nantes within the framework of an exchange programme (Erasmus, Bilateral Agreements, TIME** **students in frame of the Double *Degree Agreements*, etc.).*

University partners should contact Sophie DUPOUY
(international@ec-nantes.fr) giving the list of students nominated to come to the Ecole Centrale de Nantes.

New incoming students are kindly requested to apply for the Academic Year 2010/2011 through he "*_Application form for admission to the Ecole Centrale de Nantes_**" *by *_May_**_ 15_**_^th , 2010_*. The document is in attachment.

The application form must be submitted in printed form. Students will be required to fill the form according to the instructions, submit and print. _Printed applications sent by fax or e-mail *will be *processed._

The printed application form must signed by the xchange coordinator at home university (or by the Head for the International Relations Office) before it is sent, by postal mail, to the Ecole Centrale de Nantes, by *_May_**_ 15^th , 2010_*. Ecole Centrale de Nantes

Please, note that the application is only valid when the following documents are enclosed with it:

- Learning Agreement (all students are required to study on a full-time basis and follow 30 ECTS per semester)

- updated Academic Transcript of Records

- copy of the passport/or ID card for EU applicants

- 1 additional passport photo

- a photocopy of the printed application form

+ For the Double Deggre students all the documents above and
- copy of the Secondary School Diploma Certificate or Bachelor Degree

- motivation letter.

It is very important that in the "*_Application form for admission to the Ecole Centrale de Nantes_*/", /*your students write a proposal of LEARNING AGREEMENT. The application will not be processed without a learning agreement proposal. *

The* learning agreement is a binding document* and should only be changed after arrival in The Ecole Centrale de Nantes if suggested by the Academic Advisor, in the event of timetable conflicts or unexpected
course cancellations.

On reception of the Student Exchange Application Form, we will get in touch, by e-mail, with the applicants directly to inform if they have been admitted to the Ecole Centrale de Nantes.
